Webroot Antivirus & Spyware Feb 17, 2009

WEBROOT COMPLAINT
I have tried in vain to find a reliable vendor for Antivirus, Spyware and Firewall.
Webroot, based in Boulder, CO, used to be OK. Now there is a problem with their software. It will not update automatically, is very slow, and the firewall is flaky. The firewall continually crashes.
Technical Support is virtually non-existent, with a 1-2 hour wait time on the telephone. You can pay for support, but it is $29.95 per pop.
Advice: buy something else e.g. Kapersky, or use free AVG Antivirus and Spybot Search & destroy.
