Check model numbers before ordering. Black cartridge fits both 3600 and 3800 series, but color cartridges are not interchangeable. Ordered from ANTonline through Amazon and they would not exchange. Took months of communication after the return and they still screwed us out of hundreds$$$. The product is good OEM, but beware of which seller you order from. Read reviews.

I have had mixed luck and damaged printers from the after market toners.It is cheaper in the long run to just over pay for HP made refills and not have all the hassles of the re manufactured cartridges.

The Cyan cartridge stopped working after very few copies which caused us some problems. Inkers promptly sent a shipping label and refunded the money for this cartridge. The company support was excellent. The remanufactured toner cartridge quality is not trustworthy. I'd consider buying from Inkers again, but not this product.

The Q7581a works the same, but has more toner inside. It has a 50% greater yield, but costs 31% more. If you buy more than one of these per year, go with the high yield version.

Product arrived promptly and in great condition. The package was in another box and was in excellent perfect retail condition.
